A great Passover snack.  Easy, versatile, and fun to make and eat with the kids!

Ingredients

  • Your favorite matzo (I used gluten free)
  • Your favorite yogurt (I used vanilla)
  • Your favorite toppings (I used chocolate chips, walnuts, and sprinkles)

Spread a thin layer of yogurt on the matzo. Top with chocolate chips, walnuts, and sprinkles.  Place in the freezer for at least one hour.  Break into smaller pieces.
